The Rotary Club of Ipswich-Rowley will host an annual food drive in January to benefit The Open Door’s program, the Ipswich Community Food Pantry.

Food essentials include canned tuna and chicken, hearty soups and stews, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta and pasta sauces, cereals, rice, peanut butter, 100% juice and juice boxes, healthy snacks, and cakes. , muffins, pancake mixes, and more. Please refrain from using glasses.

Food is at the savings institution’s Ipswich offices on Depot Square and County Road, Brookline Bank on Market Street, Bank Gloucester on High Street, MAC Fitness on Route 1 in Raleigh, and the Ipswich YMCA.

“Food prices are at a 40-year high and every donation helps put food on the tables of locals,” she added.

From January 2nd to 27th, you can donate food at the facilities listed above.
